Operations Supervisor, Manufacturing (A Shift)

Location: Onsite at 1246 Heil Quaker Blvd, La Vergne, Tennessee, USA. A Shift: Sunday–Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., plus every other Saturday from 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Hiring salary range: $65,224–$82,466 per year.

What you will do

• Supervise associates across assigned manufacturing departments and provide resources to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
• Monitor quality, productivity, processing timelines, production goals, and established service levels.
• Manage attendance records, performance evaluations, advancement recommendations, and disciplinary procedures.
• Identify root causes of quality or performance failures and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare shift pass-downs and coordinate operational handoffs with incoming management.
• Partner with Quality Services to ensure orders are processed completely and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment, or comparable management experience.
• Ability to manage a diverse workforce and foster an inclusive environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Nice to have

• Experience applying lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Proven experience improving safety culture and leading Kaizen initiatives.
