Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Blauvelt, NY, United States; Monday–Friday work at the manufacturing facility and office. Travel requirements: 5%.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Supervise production operations and 10+ union workers on the shop floor.
• Review production boards, set priorities, and coordinate daily schedules with Lead Associates and team members.
• Implement Lean practices including takt-time, balanced flow, visual factory, standardized work, total safety, and 5S.
• Coordinate Pull signals, one-piece flow, Kanban supermarkets, and inventory replenishment with planning, purchasing, and materials teams.
• Lead responses to line-down issues, root cause analysis, corrective actions, Kaizen events, and ECO updates.
• Coach team members, support quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with Facilities and Maintenance on equipment issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s or technical degree.
• At least 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, regulations, safety practices, and procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the manufacturing floor.
• Successful employment eligibility verification, background checks, drug screen, and pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
