What you will do

• Supervise shop floor personnel, including 10+ union workers, and oversee Lead Associates.
• Implement Lean principles, including takt-time, balanced flow, visual factory, and 5S standards.
• Lead safety compliance and awareness efforts in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate daily "Pull" signals, 1-piece flow, and Kanban inventory replenishment.
• Perform root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans for line-down issues.
• Participate in Kaizen events and update Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Blauvelt, NY
• Minimum of Associates or Technical Degree.
• Minimum 7+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing laws, codes, policies, and safety practices.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and required pre-employment testing.
