Vice-President, Strategy (Marine)

Location: Mettawa, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: $200,200–$296,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary bonus and long-term incentive award target.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide strategy and the annual strategy process across divisions and functions.
• Identify and evaluate new markets, growth opportunities, business models, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Recommend market-entry approaches covering build, partner, and acquire alternatives.
• Analyze marine consumers, customers, the boating lifestyle, competitive dynamics, and commercialization impact.
• Develop integrated enterprise strategy narratives and materials for Board meetings and support strategic discussions with the hirify.global Board.
• Lead critical cross-business initiatives and influence senior leaders on strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Best-in-class strategy experience from management consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven success developing, implementing, and delivering consumer-centric commercial strategies.
• Experience navigating complex stakeholder relationships in matrixed environments.
• Experience with consumer-oriented, highly engineered product businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, combined with experience in strategic planning, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
