Director Strategic Consulting (Biopharmaceutical)

Location: Deerfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $220,000–$250,000 annually, plus eligibility for a 25% bonus target and participation in the long-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design and lead enterprise-level strategic initiatives aligned with hirify.global U.S.’s mid- to long-term strategy.
• Architect strategic direction across brands and enabling functions.
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape priorities and drive strategic execution.
• Build foundational capabilities to scale the Strategic Consulting function.

Requirements

• Experience designing and driving enterprise strategy.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with senior executives.
• Capability-building experience within a strategic consulting or program management function.
