Innosight Consulting Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations

Location: Remote within the contiguous 48 states, near a major airport; Chicago office listed at 550 Van Buren. Weekly travel may be required, up to 80%.

Base salary: $165,000–$200,000 annually, plus eligibility for annual incentive compensation. Estimated total compensation including incentive opportunity: $206,250–$250,000.

What you will do

• Own significant project workstreams from problem definition through final recommendations.
• Structure complex business problems, develop hypotheses, build workplans, and prioritize analyses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses covering business performance, operations, growth, profitability, and organizational capabilities.
• Translate findings into actionable insights, executive-ready presentations, models, and supporting analyses.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, interviews, and working sessions, including presentations to senior executives.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; mentor junior team members; and contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and internal initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational or business transformation, private equity value creation, or related business leadership roles.
• Experience with strategic, operational, and value creation initiatives, including growth strategy, profitability improvement, organizational effectiveness, supply chain and operations, and private equity due diligence.
• Experience owning significant workstreams and delivering results in client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, structured problem-solving, prioritization, and ambiguity-management skills.
• Experience applying generative AI tools in consulting, analytical, or business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred. Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel required.
