Head of Advisory Strategy (Consulting)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Chicago, IL; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or New York

Compensation: $250,000 – $305,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head of Advisory and executive leadership team.
• Develop executive-level narratives, pitch materials, and client-facing presentations for high-value pursuits.
• Shape and evolve Advisory messaging, including points of view on AI-enabled consulting and delivery models.
• Synthesize input across practices to identify themes, opportunities, and areas for strategic alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive initiatives from concept development through execution.
• Support internal change management to shift toward more integrated Advisory collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) strongly preferred.
• Exceptional executive communication, storytelling, and advanced PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and influence senior leaders without formal authority.
• Willingness to travel periodically, likely monthly, to key hirify.global markets.
