Salary: $250K – $305K

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to hirify.global’s Head of Advisory and senior leadership team on key growth, operational, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop executive-level narratives, pitch materials, client-facing presentations, and internal strategy materials.
• Help shape and evolve hirify.global’s Advisory messaging, positioning, and strategic priorities across the firm and in the market.
• Translate complex business ideas into compelling executive-ready content, presentations, frameworks, and strategic communications.
• Facilitate collaboration and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept development through execution.
• Support special projects, strategic analyses, leadership priorities, and executive-level initiatives as the business evolves.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally including time in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, business transformation, or another executive-facing advisory environment.
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm strongly preferred (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar strategy-oriented environment).
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling abilities, including advanced PowerPoint and content development skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel periodically, likely monthly, to build relationships with leaders and teams across key hirify.global markets.
