Business Development - Strategy Director (B2B Software)

Location: USA - New York City, NY

Salary: $181,900–$325,050 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead corporate strategy projects across multiple businesses and divisions.
• Conduct market deep-dives and business diagnostics, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Run the annual strategic planning process.
• Partner with Divisional Strategy, Corporate Development, business unit general managers, and other stakeholders.
• Support the Executive Board, including the CEO and CFO, and the Supervisory Board.
• Guide team members and build credibility across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university.
• 5+ years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm focused on Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy, or Commercial Due Diligence.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the interview process.
