What you will do

• Lead project work and business diagnostics mandated by the Executive Board.
• Run the annual strategic planning process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Conduct market deep-dives and provide actionable recommendations for business units.
• Support the CEO, CFO, and Supervisory Board on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Manage and guide team members on the ground to ensure project success.
• Build relationships and influence stakeholders across the enterprise to drive alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university required.
• 5+ years of experience in a top strategy consulting firm.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams on the ground.
• Expertise in Strategy & Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy, or Commercial Due Diligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
