Medical Outcomes Liaison (HEOR/Market Access)

Location: United States; primarily remote with travel up to approximately 50–75%.

Salary: $200,000–$265,000 annually, plus stock options and an annual bonus program.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with payers, PBMs, and health systems.
• Communicate clinical, real-world, and health economic evidence to support access and reimbursement decisions.
• Support payer engagement strategy and pre-launch and launch readiness activities.
• Contribute to HEOR and evidence generation plans, including AMCP dossier support.
• Gather insights on payer needs and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, and Market Access teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required, such as PharmD, PhD, MD, MPH, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of HEOR, real-world evidence, and the U.S. payer landscape.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, payer-relevant value insights.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
