Senior Medical Science Liaison (Oncology)

Location: Remote, field-based in the Southeast Region with 50% travel

Salary: $185,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity, bonus, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and researchers across academic and community centers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory engagement plans aligned with medical affairs strategies.
• Provide medical and scientific insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and strategy.
• Support company-sponsored trials, investigator-initiated studies, and other collaborative clinical research initiatives.
• Serve as an external scientific resource by communicating accurate information about Olema therapies and research.
• Deliver medical education programs and represent Olema at selected medical and scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree: MD, PharmD, or PhD.
• Oncology therapeutic expertise and prior experience in solid tumors.
• At least 5 years of medical affairs or field medical experience with a verifiable record of high performance.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage sensitive information, make independent decisions, and prioritize multiple projects.
• Field-based work in the Southeast Region and willingness to travel 50% are required.
