Managed Market Liaison (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Remote, but must reside in California, Oregon, Washington, or Idaho. The territory covers these states, with 60–80% travel required.

Salary: $169,222–$253,000 annually, plus an incentive opportunity.

What you will do

• Deliver evidence-based healthcare economic, clinical, and health outcomes information to Medicaid, insurers, specialty pharmacies, IDNs, PBMs, and federal healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute medical strategies for regional accounts in alignment with Market Access Regional Access Managers and approved policies.
• Collaborate with payer stakeholders on population health management, disease-state education, and unbranded remote engagement resources.
• Build relationships with regional and local payer decision-makers and act as a regional healthcare landscape expert.
• Gather payer insights on products and formulary decision drivers, communicating market developments to leadership and partner teams.
• Attend congresses and conduct all stakeholder interactions in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced degree required; a PharmD, M.D., or PhD in pharmacy, medicine, biological sciences, health services research, or public health is strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of managed care or similar pharmaceutical-industry experience.
• Knowledge of the current U.S. healthcare system at a regional level.
• Knowledge of clinical and pharmacoeconomic concepts, including modeling, real-world evidence, health outcomes, and clinical trial design.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Must reside in California, Oregon, Washington, or Idaho and be willing to travel 60–80% of the time.
