Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel; relocation eligible.

Salary: $147,000–$202,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze complex process engineering experiments across multiple products.
• Characterize hardware and complex systems using measurement techniques, defined methods, and new technologies.
• Measure film properties, analyze data, and prepare technical reports, specifications, presentations, and product documentation.
• Develop and lead process engineering projects while following safety guidelines.
• Train engineers on measurement methods, data interpretation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers, vendors, and suppliers to resolve engineering issues and implement new technologies and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in solving complex problems.
• Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara and travel approximately 10% of the time.
