What you will do

• Develop and deploy factory-wide operational strategies, standards, processes, and systems to improve output, cycle time, WIP health, and manufacturing velocity.
• Integrate Production, Planning, Automation, Process Engineering, Integration, Industrial Engineering, and other factory organizations.
• Identify systemic manufacturing constraints using factory physics, Theory of Constraints, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives improving factory performance, resource utilization, operational efficiency, and manufacturing capability.
• Own the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of critical operational business systems and decision-support tools.
• Represent F11X Production in Virtual Factory councils and strategic forums while mentoring engineers and influencing operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field, plus 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience; or a master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with semiconductor process flow technology, WIP management, production control systems, capacity planning, and Theory of Constraints methodologies.
• Knowledge of manufacturing science, factory physics, Quality Management Systems, Model-Based Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced analytical, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, collaboration, negotiation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead complex, ambiguous, cross-functional operational improvements without direct reporting authority.
• Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience leading measurable factory-level operational improvements and large-scale business process transformations.
• Experience developing manufacturing KPIs, operational business systems, data analytics, and decision-support tools.
• Experience working within Virtual Factory organizations and implementing network-wide manufacturing capabilities and Best Known Methods.
• Experience mentoring engineers and providing technical leadership in a manufacturing environment.
