What you will do

• Operate and optimize high-volume manufacturing equipment to ensure control over critical dimensions and defectivity.
• Conduct tests and measurements to evaluate equipment performance and implement modifications for productivity and quality.
• Lead maintenance and repair activities for assigned modules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize safety, cost, and yield in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Develop excursion prevention systems to detect and address discrepant material or activities.
• Support global technology transfer through training, audits, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's/PhD.
• Technical expertise in semiconductor singulation processing.
• Experience with semiconductor metrology, process characterization, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) principles and excursion management.
• Must be able to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, particularly in process analytical metrology.
• Familiarity with statistics and experimental design methodologies for tool matching and qualification.
• Understanding of semiconductor process flows for logic or memory.
• Project management experience, including leading task forces to resolve complex problems.
