Financial Analyst (Onsite)

Location: Onsite in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. If based in Neenah, Wisconsin, the role requires moderate travel to Philadelphia.

What you will do

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports and data for accuracy, completeness, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, expense analyses, and financial projections.
• Perform month-end closing transactions, account reconciliations, and preparation of key reports.
• Develop product cost models, KPI tools, and analyses to support management decision-making.
• Maintain financial records and implement internal controls to contain costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide financial information to stakeholders and support continuous improvement of finance processes and information flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of finance, financial methods, tools, and strategies.
• Ability to interpret financial and numerical information and draw accurate conclusions.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, accounting applications, financial reporting, and managing financial assets and liabilities.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment and comply with corporate policies, GAAP, and applicable laws.
