What you will do
- Analyze monthly balance sheet and income statement variances for the Resistoflex brand.
- Support monthly forecasting, quarterly outlooks, the Annual Operating Plan, budgeting, and weekly financial pulse reviews.
- Prepare Hyperion Financial Management reports and validate submissions for operations and senior management.
- Analyze product profitability, cost performance, inventory, cash flow, capital spending, backlog, headcount, and other operational metrics.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, engineering, commercial teams, and finance leaders on business decisions and process improvements.
- Support month-end close, account reconciliations, reporting schedules, and special finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office software.
- Knowledge of GAAP and current accounting practices.
- Working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, financial controls, inventory controls, product costing, and ERP transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- 2–3 years of accounting experience.
- ERP experience.
