Senior Financial Analyst-HR

What you will do

• Manage the Corporate HR budget and partner with leaders on planning, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Prepare budget, forecast, project, and ad hoc analyses to support business objectives.
• Analyze budget variances and forecast performance with Business Group leaders.
• Support profitability initiatives through financial analysis and reporting.
• Provide ongoing financial insights and leadership reporting.
• Maintain people-planning models and support HR initiatives, including OneStream.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including building financial models.
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of month-end accruals, financial reporting, financial statements, P&L analysis, and Microsoft Office.

• Experience managing HR or corporate budgets.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Experience at a publicly traded company.
• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and understanding of GAAP and financial compliance principles.
