Senior Finance Analyst

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; onsite role

Salary: $78,400–$136,950 USD annually, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Produce comprehensive financial reports and analyses for decision-making.
• Conduct financial forecasting, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
• Develop and update complex financial models.
• Analyze profit-and-loss statements and provide recommendations.
• Research economic trends and contribute to financial strategies, budget proposals, and schedules.
• Present financial insights to management and help ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis, or accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, including expense recognition and capital expenditures.
• Experience with month-end close activities, including accrual and prepaid journal entries.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois, and appear onsite for interviews when required.
