Senior Finance Analyst

Location: United States — candidates must reside in Wichita, Kansas, Chicago, or New York City

Salary: $78,400–$136,950 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level insights.
• Identify financial risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign finance and operational processes.
• Support finance transformation, system enhancements, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Tagetik, Power BI, or similar planning and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, collaboration, project management, and change leadership skills.
