Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Cloud Projects

Location: Chicago, United States; willingness to travel up to 50%

Salary: $105,000–$130,000 base annually; estimated total compensation of $117,600–$153,400 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Implement Oracle Cloud Projects solutions with senior consultants.
• Design future-state business processes and functional solutions with clients.
• Configure solutions and oversee testing, training, and end-user support.
• Guide technical teams on conversions, integrations, and Oracle AI solution design and testing.
• Deliver project workstreams, manage work plans, prepare analytics and reports, and present to clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants while mentoring junior staff.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP.
• Experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed for client and internal project work.

Nice to have

• Oracle ERP Cloud certification or progress toward certification.
• Oracle AI Agent Studio experience.
• Oracle Cloud Labor Distribution experience.
• Healthcare or higher education industry experience.
