Oracle ERP Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Chicago, with additional locations in Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Houston, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, and Tampa; local or out-of-state client travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $97,000–$146,000 annual base salary, plus a 10% bonus target.

What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-pillar Oracle Cloud projects across ERP, HCM, and SCM.
• Define project scope, plans, resourcing, milestones, deliverables, and post-production support.
• Gather business requirements, document processes, facilitate workshops and testing cycles, and align business and system processes.
• Manage cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, client stakeholders, and executives.
• Identify risks and opportunities, communicate project status, and translate issues between business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive change management and user adoption strategies for Oracle Cloud implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional services or a related industry.
• Experience managing Oracle Cloud projects and knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, SCM, and HCM modules.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, coordinating work, and reviewing deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are also useful.
• Ability to build client relationships, communicate risks and recommendations, and facilitate meetings with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud professional certification.
• PMP certification.
