Senior Software Engineer (Oracle Cloud Team)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to three days per week from home

Base salary: $121,000–$206,000 annually for Maryland, Colorado, Washington, and remote workers. Other listed ranges are $133,000–$227,000 for Washington, D.C. and $151,000–$258,000 for New York and California.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery across the software development lifecycle for Oracle ERP, EPM, OIC, OTBI, and APEX solutions.
• Design scalable API-based, file-based, and event-driven integrations across Oracle platforms and external systems.
• Build and enhance ERP and EPM configurations, custom extensions, data integrations, and financial process automation.
• Develop OTBI reports and dashboards and deliver APEX applications for analytics, workflow automation, and improved user experience.
• Lead code reviews and technical design discussions while managing technical debt and aligning solutions with security and engineering standards.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot complex system and data issues, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, OTBI/BI reporting, and Oracle APEX.
• Expertise in end-to-end SDLC, Agile delivery, integration architecture, data flows, and enterprise APIs.
• Strong skills in data modeling, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
• Understanding of finance, procurement, and enterprise business processes within Oracle ERP and EPM environments.
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders, lead workstreams, and work independently as a technical expert.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Owings Mills, Maryland, with up to three days per week from home.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-driven solutions, enterprise copilots, and agent-based workflows.
• Multi-cloud and hybrid architecture experience with AWS or Azure.
• REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, middleware integrations, third-party Oracle integrations, and large-scale ERP/EPM migrations.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated deployments, security and compliance controls, RBAC, OAuth, SSO, and SOX.
• Experience mentoring engineers and standardizing reusable frameworks across distributed enterprise teams.
