Oracle EPM FCC/FP&A Senior Consultant

Location: Hybrid role based in Houston or one of the additional U.S. offices: Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, or Tampa. Work may include local or out-of-state travel to client sites. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $97,000–$146,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $106,700–$160,600.

What you will do

• Lead full-life-cycle Oracle Cloud EPM implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Design and build EPBCS applications covering finance, workforce, capital expenditure, and project planning.
• Create EPM artifacts such as hierarchies, forms, business rules, data management processes, security configurations, navigation flows, and workflows.
• Develop custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rules, and EPM Automate.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and end-to-end functional solutions.
• Mentor consultants and interns, lead project work, manage risks, and support client relationships and business development.

Requirements

• Four end-to-end implementations in at least two EPM Cloud products, including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, or Narrative Reporting.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Planning Cloud and deep functional knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and related finance processes.
• Experience with EPBCS design, build, testing, deployment, integrations, security, workflows, and business rules.
• Ability to lead meetings, communicate risks and solutions to client stakeholders and executives, and manage delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, accounting, finance, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional services or a related industry, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Oracle Financials Cloud or Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience with business process redesign, global delivery models, and pursuing new client work.
