Transformation - Oracle Senior Associate (Oracle ERP)

Location: Hybrid role based in one of 16 listed U.S. locations, including Chicago, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Atlanta, Southfield, Kansas City, Charlotte, Portland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Austin, Dallas, Houston, or Milwaukee. In-person attendance is required at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site.

Base salary: $110,400–$140,760 per year.

What you will do

• Support full life-cycle Oracle ERP implementations across planning, design, build, and deployment.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, and future-state processes.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing, prototyping, and scenario validation.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides, and deliver training to end users.
• Provide post-production support and help define ongoing support procedures.
• Work with client teams on complex, time-sensitive projects and travel to client sites as needed, with expected travel of up to 40%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least two years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients.
• Experience with a full life-cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle ERP applications.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand current-state processes and define future-state processes based on business objectives.
