Transformation - Oracle Manager (Oracle)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site. Available in Chicago, Jacksonville, Atlanta, Kansas City, Charlotte, Portland, Pittsburgh, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Milwaukee, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Southfield, Philadelphia, and Denver, United States.

Base salary: $135,000–$196,000 per year in the Denver office.

What you will do

• Support full life cycle Oracle implementations across planning, design, build, deployment, and post-production support.
• Document business requirements, system designs, transformational goals, and future-state processes.
• Configure Oracle applications and perform iterative unit testing, prototyping, and process validation.
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to support end-user adoption.
• Work with clients to analyze current-state processes and define solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Meet utilization targets and travel as needed, with expected travel of up to 40%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field.
• At least four years of related experience in a consulting practice or similar function serving cross-industry clients.
• At least four full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry-recognized professional certification.
• Experience installing, configuring, and implementing Oracle Applications, including knowledge or training in Oracle Cloud Applications.
• Experience with application integration, back-end data connectivity, software development lifecycles, client communication, and complex time-sensitive projects.
