What you will do
- Act as the interface between the HOKA business and operations teams.
- Develop seasonal China buy plans based on product launches, production lead times, and local buy structure.
- Define monthly buy items, purchasing quantities, pacing, delivery schedules, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with global supply planning, factory planning, logistics, merchandising, wholesale, DTC, marketing, and sales teams.
- Track PO delivery, launch readiness, supply shortages, delays, and partial deliveries, prioritizing supply across channels.
- Drive inventory optimization and improve end-to-end supply planning processes and systems.
Requirements
- Experience with inventory planning, supply planning, procurement, or order execution.
- Ability to build China seasonal buy plans and detailed order plans.
- Ability to manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, supply risks, and launch adjustments.
- Experience coordinating with commercial, merchandising, factory planning, logistics, and global supply planning teams.
- Ability to maintain O9 SP system data and provide supply planning visibility.
