Senior CFC Representative

What you will do

• Set personal and subordinate goals, create development plans, and conduct performance reviews.
• Own short-term demand forecasting for months 0–3 and lead collaborative forecast reviews with key accounts and distributors.
• Receive and confirm customer orders, coordinate supply with intercompany suppliers, and manage shortages.
• Define supply strategies, manage finished-product inventory, and control aging or blocked stock.
• Drive internal and external teams to improve customer satisfaction and experience.
• Plan for Korea and lead the Korea CSR in demand, supply, and order execution, escalating issues when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; a major in supply chain management is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, and/or customer service.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, MRP/ERP, logistics, and transportation.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM modules.
• Good English skills in both spoken and written communication.
