Away From Home Key Account Manager (Food Service)

Location: El Tagamoa El Khames Commercial Office, Egypt

What you will do

• Lead relationships with top foodservice chains and deliver sales revenue and market share growth.
• Build and manage new business pipelines through customer acquisition, horizontal selling, and vertical SKU expansion.
• Create demand through menu innovation, ideation, industry trends, and marketing insights.
• Analyze market surveys, channel sales data, customer consumption patterns, growth trends, and competitive activity.
• Coordinate with Chains, Supply, Chef, Marketing, and R&D teams on account plans, promotions, and product development.
• Track account revenues, pipeline performance, conversion rates, CRM updates, and weekly and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Business Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in key account management.
• Strong sales background with knowledge of call procedures and solution selling.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of foodservice back-of-house operations.
• Fluency in Arabic and advanced English proficiency required.
