Regional Sales Manager

Location: Giza and Upper Egypt, Egypt; full-time, on-site role.

hirify.global Egypt produces and packages baking yeasts, yeast derivatives, and yeast extracts for food products, animal feed, bread-making, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.

What you will do

• Maintain and expand market share across designated markets and generate new sales leads.
• Manage and develop a team of sales supervisors while implementing company strategies, trade policies, targets, and announcements.
• Manage distributors, sales-out performance, product allocation, selling prices, collections, deposits, checks, and credit-limit compliance.
• Build customer relationships through visits, sales-order coordination, complaint resolution, product-return analysis, and distribution issue management.
• Monitor customer performance, market capacity, competitor activity, sales volumes, and the impact of price increases.
• Coordinate technical support and bakery demonstrations with the marketing and baking support teams, and prepare weekly sales, visit, action-plan, and complaint reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce or an equivalent degree.
• 7–12 years of experience in FMCG and distributor management.
• Proven ability to manage and develop sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG distribution channels, local market dynamics, and competitor analysis.
• Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, credit-policy execution, and financial follow-up.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
