CPD Sales Support

Location: Cairo, Egypt; 6th of October

What you will do

• Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with selected customers and sales staff.
• Provide product availability, sales territory, and customer information as a communication link between customers and sales teams.
• Support commercial development projects and resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
• Organize training for new joiners.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial, logistics, or supply chain support roles in an international environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent English, Arabic, and French in speaking, writing, and reading.
• Computing skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Pricing strategy, negotiation, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, CRM systems, or similar tools.
