Industria Sales Manager (Baking)

Location: Onsite in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza Governorate, Egypt

hirify.global Egypt manufactures and packages baking yeasts, yeast derivatives, yeast extracts, and related ingredients for food products, animal feed, bread-making, flavorings, colors, and enzymes.

What you will do

• Negotiate annual agreements with industrial customers and submit proposals to the manager.
• Build customer relationships, understand client needs, recommend solutions, and coordinate complaint resolution.
• Monitor customer sales volumes, growth performance, orders, market capacity, and competitor positioning.
• Generate new sales leads, expand the customer database, and strengthen relationships with client purchasing departments.
• Prepare business development plans, organize client training at the Baking Center or customer sites, and support new ingredient product development.
• Work with the technical team to provide client support and propose credit policies for customer segments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; engineering or commerce preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in ingredients within the industrial segment.
• Strong expertise in the ingredients sector, especially baking and broader food-industry applications.
• Deep knowledge of industrial baking customers, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve strategic objectives.
• Fluent English required.
