Senior Procurement Manager - EPNV (1 out of 3)

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey, United States; JNJ Flex hybrid attendance policy. Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required.

Base pay range: $122,000–$187,127.50 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for Electrophysiology and Neurovascular component and commodity suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic supplier relationships while maintaining quality and business alignment.
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations, manage procurement risk, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee approximately $200MM in spend and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
• Source innovative suppliers for new product development and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, QA, Finance, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team and shape the organization structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including 5 years in procurement focused on components and raw material suppliers.
• Experience developing and managing commodity strategies related to the Electrophysiology industry.
• Proven ability to execute strategic procurement plans in a manufacturing environment and manage supplier contracts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience developing strong teams and demonstrating leadership-level engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Diverse experience across category sourcing, new product development sourcing, or other sourcing areas.
• APICS, ISM, or Six Sigma certification.
• Adaptability in rapidly changing priorities.
