Salary: $109,500–$208,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage procurement activities from strategic sourcing through contracting, aligned with category strategy.
• Execute indirect capital procurement strategies with category managers and procurement leaders.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, diversity, sustainability, and risk mitigation activities.
• Oversee contract execution, source-to-contract, and requisition-to-pay processes while identifying inefficiencies.
• Drive savings, assurance of supply, savings leakage management, and continuous improvement projects.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of procurement specialists and support workforce planning.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or operations.
• Experience with capital expenditure projects or processes, including business cases for capital investments, is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous team management experience and a comprehensive understanding of procurement operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work onsite in North Chicago, Illinois, United States.
