Commercial Business Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA; in-person attendance required on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work available on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $93,500–$131,700 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements from Marketing, Sales, and the Specialty Products Division into functional and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, configure, integrate, and support commercial applications across Salesforce, MarTech, and related platforms.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, workflows, data flows, and system landscapes to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize operations.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled use cases, including copilots, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, and AI agents for commercial workflows.
• Define requirements and governance standards for agentic systems, including responsible AI usage, data quality, traceability, and enterprise integration.
• Support product teams with user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization, release planning, code and design reviews, SIT, UAT, and post-production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of development or business-systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and experience with Sales and Marketing technologies, including Revenue Growth Management, Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, and web-development tools.
• Experience designing, documenting, developing, and testing high-performing applications using automated testing tools and industry best practices.
• Strong SQL skills, including querying databases and generating reports.
• Experience gathering and translating business requirements, documenting processes and workflows, and creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements.
• Ability to work hybrid from Ewing, New Jersey, with in-person attendance required three days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, intelligent automation, copilots, or decision-support tools.
• Familiarity with responsible AI, AI governance, data quality, traceability, and agentic-system design.
• Experience with business capability maps, process taxonomies, value streams, or system landscape documentation.
• Experience in Agile, product-centric operating models or consumer products, including Order to Cash, A2R, or Procure-to-Pay processes.
