Salary: $68,900 - $118,050 USD

What you will do

• Lead the analysis, design, and optimization of billing and payment processes and platforms.
• Evaluate business operations, data trends, and performance metrics to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop process maps, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Act as the voice of stakeholders, incorporating feedback from frontline teams and customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product, Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams.
• Participate in testing strategy, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production releases.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to New York City, NY.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Product, or Project Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/SAFe, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Visio.

Nice to have

• MBA degree.
• Experience in a corporate billing function.
• SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI).
