Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States; full-time onsite role

Base pay: $81,000–$106,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, document current and future workflows, and recommend process and system improvements.
• Define, document, and validate business requirements and acceptance criteria for Salesforce and related IT systems.
• Coordinate with internal customers, IT management, users, and technical resources on application enhancements and system knowledge transfer.
• Respond to support incidents, analyze issue patterns, document resolutions, and help reduce recurring root causes.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, deliverables, system roadmaps, status updates, and change-management activities.
• Execute system and user acceptance testing, including the creation of test objectives, plans, and scripts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of Salesforce business analysis experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and other web technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user acceptance testing.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and Visio; travel may be required at less than 10%.

Nice to have

• Project lead or project management experience.
• Experience with Jira, Atlassian, and Confluence.
