Location: Remote within the United States only; must support US Eastern time zone working hours. U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, and performance of all work in the U.S. are required. A Public Trust or active Secret clearance is required. Must have lived in the U.S. for three full years out of the last five years.
Salary: $67,355β$114,503 per year

What you will do
- Engage with federal stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process flows, and system requirements for Salesforce delivery.
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, and program leadership to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Facilitate requirements discussions, stakeholder interviews, Agile ceremonies, working sessions, and backlog refinement.
- Create and maintain requirements specifications, process documentation, workflow diagrams, user guides, meeting notes, and program deliverables.
- Support test scenario definition, defect review, user training, adoption materials, governance, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of IT experience, including experience on at least one Salesforce project.
- At least 3 years of experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello and Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least 1 year of experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.
- Public Trust or active Secret clearance required.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. work authorization, U.S. residence, and U.S.-only work location required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with federal government clients or large-scale government programs.
- Knowledge of emergency management, crisis response, continuity, resilience, grants management, case management, compliance, or related mission-support environments.
- Experience with systems modernization, application development, data management, reporting, workflow automation, user acceptance testing, defect triage, release planning, or production deployment.
- Experience with Scrum or SAFe and with developing training materials, standard operating procedures, or job aids.
