Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Must reside and work in the United States; able to travel onsite to Martinsburg, West Virginia. The listed client office is in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Salary: $73,738.00–$125,354.00 per year

What you will do

• Analyze DHS business processes, identify pain points, and gather stakeholder requirements for a Salesforce-based solution.
• Translate business needs into user stories, workflows, and system requirements for Salesforce Government Cloud low-code/no-code development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to prioritize and refine the product backlog and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Create process flows, requirements specifications, user guides, gate-review deliverables, and other project documentation.
• Support user training and adoption of the new Salesforce system.
• Contribute to federal security and compliance activities, including cybersecurity documentation for ATO approval.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least one Salesforce project.
• U.S. citizenship, U.S. residence, U.S. work authorization, and the ability to perform all work in the United States are required.
• Public Trust or active Secret clearance is required.
• Must have lived in the United States for three full years out of the last five years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, documentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with federal clients, stakeholders, developers, and other team members.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience delivering user training or creating technical documentation.
• Knowledge of DoD and federal security standards and experience supporting ATO processes.
• Experience with federal government clients, particularly DHS or DoD, and background in data migration projects.
• Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification, or meaningful Trailhead badge attainment.
