Process Technician (Composite Manufacturing)

Location: Burlington, Washington, USA; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $23.96–$34.53 per hour

What you will do

• Operate industrial equipment including band saws, multi-control ovens, forklifts, power and pneumatic tools, and hand tools.
• Follow process instructions and inspect finished composite products against quality requirements.
• Communicate with coworkers to support efficient production and meet deadlines.
• Produce high-quality composite parts in a team environment while working independently when required.
• Maintain a high level of detail and accuracy during hands-on manufacturing tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proof of U.S. Person status is required before hire.
• Stable work history and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work all shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to operate power tools and machines with moving parts.
• Ability to stand, walk, use manual dexterity, and lift up to 50 pounds; a post-offer drug test is required.
