Landscape Architecture, Project Manager

What you will do

• Manage project structure, budgets, schedules, design criteria, documents, and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the design of master-planned communities, parks, green infrastructure, urban plazas, mixed-use spaces, and streetscape redevelopment projects using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
• Prepare proposals and help assign project teams with department leads.
• Manage and mentor project team members to meet goals and deadlines.
• Lead monthly project billing processes and ensure accurate, timely completion.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, engineers, planners, surveyors, and other design professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a planning and design firm.
• Portfolio of previous public or private land development projects.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, LandFX, and Adobe Suite.
• Adaptability, time management, and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• RLA or AICP certification.
