Landscape Architect/Designer (8+ Years) (Landscape Architecture/Site Design): Designing parks, master plans, planting plans, and site features with an accent on construction documentation, community engagement, and indigenous culture integration. Focus on leading multidisciplinary design teams, managing project milestones and deliverables, and maintaining design integrity from concept through construction.
Location: Anchorage, Alaska, USA; full-time position based in the Anchorage office

What you will do
- Design parks, master plans, sites, planting plans, building entry plazas, courtyards, and drainage features.
- Lead clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary A/E design teams from project initiation through construction.
- Produce and coordinate construction documents while maintaining design integrity through project delivery.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, scope, budget, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Develop design concepts through hand sketches, 2D and 3D drawings, and digital production.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants across multiple simultaneous projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- At least 8 years of experience with landscape and site design projects.
- Experience with parks, community engagement, commercial or military projects, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Ability to independently manage multiple deliverables with strong organization, prioritization, and time management.
- Strong hand-drawing, written, verbal, and client communication skills.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Professional registration as a PLA.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
