Location: Anchorage, Alaska, USA; full-time work in the Anchorage office

What you will do
- Lead landscape architecture, planning, and site design projects from initial concept development through construction closeout.
- Produce production-ready two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings and technical documentation.
- Develop master plans, park designs, site designs, planting plans, playgrounds, courtyards, entry plazas, and drainage features.
- Manage project milestones, deliverables, scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, multidisciplinary A/E teams, contractors, and external consultants.
- Maintain design integrity and integrate indigenous culture into the built environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture.
- At least 3 years of experience with landscape and site design projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience producing construction documents for landscape and site elements.
- Project management skills, strong communication, organization, prioritization, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables independently.
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with northern building design and construction in remote Alaska.
- Experience or ambition to work on commercial, military, and park projects.
- Interest in integrating indigenous culture into the built environment.
