What you will do

• Develop site designs through contract document phases.
• Conduct site analysis covering building operations, vehicle and pedestrian circulation, grading, storm drainage, and site amenities.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, landscape and paving materials, and multidisciplinary reviews to resolve conflicts and meet deadlines.
• Meet with clients and participate in reviews with utilities and governing agencies for code compliance.
• Conduct design development and contract document work sessions at project sites.
• Provide contract administration and other project support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Professional registration.
• At least 5 years of experience.
• Experience with MS Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
• Ability to prepare site plans and understand grading and drainage principles.
• Commitment to active participation in an employee-owned, collaborative culture.
