Location: Houston, TX, USA; evening and weekend program.

Salary: $85,696.34–$110,666.84 per year.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day academic operations, faculty schedules, workloads, performance, and teaching standards.
• Implement BSN program strategy with the Dean and coordinate curriculum delivery across courses and sections.
• Analyze student success data to improve curriculum delivery, laboratories, simulations, and workshops.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, evaluate, and retain qualified faculty.
• Coordinate clinical placements, resource allocation, budgets, and capital requests.
• Lead program expansion, curriculum changes, accreditation compliance, and new academic initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing required; doctoral degree in nursing preferred.
• Unencumbered professional nursing license required.
• At least two years of nursing education experience at the bachelor’s level or above.
• At least two years of simulation and/or clinical experience development or participation.
• At least two years of previous leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, conflict-resolution, budget-planning, and change-leadership skills.

Nice to have

• At least two years of acute patient care experience in trauma, emergency, or medical-surgical settings.
• Doctoral degree in nursing.
