Regional Procurement Manager

Location: Hybrid in North York, Ontario, Canada, or remote from the United States. Travel: 15–20%.

Salary: $107,250–$160,160 per year.

What you will do

• Manage procurement operations and stakeholder relationships across the assigned sub-region.
• Establish and execute sourcing strategies, strategic sourcing programs, and procurement transformation activities.
• Lead supplier selection, relationship management, contract negotiations, contract utilization, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Drive savings targets, budgets, reporting, compliance, P2P practices, and e-procurement tool adoption.
• Support new product development and day-to-day supplier operations, including quality claims and capacity management.
• Mentor the procurement team and support human-resource management and team development.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in strategic and tactical procurement at a regional or global level.
• International experience in a related industry or category.
• Expertise in spend and demand analysis, total cost of ownership, supplier assessment, RFx execution, e-procurement, and e-auctions.
• Strong international contract negotiation, stakeholder management, project leadership, risk management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Knowledge of governance, policies and procedures, financial instruments, analytical tools, office software, industry practices, and corporate social responsibility.
• Fluent spoken and written English is required. A master’s degree in engineering or business is expected.
