Manager, Global Strategic Sourcing (Marketing)

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Foster City, CA (minimum 3 days in office)

Salary: $129,200 – $206,700 per year

What you will do

• Develop and manage complex sourcing strategies for Media, Martech, and Events & Sponsorships.
• Lead supplier selection and negotiation processes, serving as the primary liaison to Legal for contractual terms.
• Conduct market, benchmark, and financial analyses to provide insights for decision-making.
• Establish business partnerships with cross-functional leadership to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
• Develop and manage category-wide Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent Advanced degree/PhD).
• Experience leading the development of category plans or sourcing strategies specifically for marketing.
• Strong contract and agreement negotiation experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior-to-executive management.

• Knowledge of merger and acquisition activities regarding contract lifecycle management.
