Senior Procurement Business Leader

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $109,400–$215,500 in Zone C, $120,300–$237,000 in Zone B, or $131,200–$258,500 in Zone A per year, plus eligibility for incentive plans

What you will do

• Act as the strategic procurement partner to business unit and supply chain leadership.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials, packaging, external manufacturing, and other direct material categories.
• Own productivity goals, cost savings programs, budgets, financial risks, and multi-year value creation initiatives.
• Lead strategic sourcing, complex commercial negotiations, contract management, supplier transitions, and supplier performance governance.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks through continuity planning, dual sourcing, supplier risk management, supply recovery, and corrective actions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team while partnering with Finance, R&D, Marketing, Planning, Quality, and Operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience with manufacturing and direct materials procurement.
• Experience with category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier transitions, commercial negotiations, category management, RFP/RFQ processes, cost modeling, should-cost analysis, contracting, and negotiations.
• Proven ability to deliver cost optimization, productivity improvements, risk mitigation, business growth, and multi-year value creation.
• Experience managing global supplier networks and supply chain resilience strategies.
• Strong people leadership, commercial, financial, analytical, executive communication, and influencing skills.
