Warehouse & Inventory Control Manager (Logistics and Supply Chain)

Location: In person in Muncy, Pennsylvania, US

Salary: $52,000–$65,000 per year, starting at $52,000 and commensurate with experience

hirify.global is hiring for a warehouse and inventory control management position in the logistics and supply chain industry.

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, organization, storage, picking, packing, receiving, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate ERP-based inventory records, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound shipments, customer order fulfillment, freight carriers, suppliers, deliveries, and pickups.
• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop warehouse associates while maintaining productivity, accuracy, attendance, and safety standards.
• Oversee forklifts, pallet jacks, racking, facility maintenance, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, and company fleet needs.
• Track inventory accuracy, order turnaround, shrinkage, and labor metrics, and communicate issues and solutions to leadership.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or distribution.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising or managing warehouse personnel.
• Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to lift and handle up to 75 pounds when necessary.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
