Warehouse Inventory Lead (Logistics)

Location: Doral, Florida, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead daily receiving, put-away, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Coordinate workload, priorities, staffing assignments, team meetings, and operational goals.
• Supervise, train, coach, and support warehouse personnel while monitoring productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, investigate discrepancies, coordinate cycle counts, and optimize storage locations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound workflows, including shipment preparation, labeling, documentation, and urgent orders.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare reports, resolve process issues, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or inventory management experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems, ERP systems, or inventory control software.
• Knowledge of receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, discrepancy analysis, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse reporting tools, plus the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice to have

• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Experience in high-volume distribution or logistics environments.
• Lean Warehousing, Kaizen, inventory auditing, or cycle count experience.
