Inventory, Shipping, & Receiving Clerk

What you will do

• Package and palletize machinery parts, prepare shipping labels, and enter shipment information into the computer system.
• Pick and pack customer orders for FedEx and UPS shipments.
• Load and unload shipments and deliveries as needed.
• Pick parts for job orders and enter job locations and related information into ERP systems.
• Place inventory in the correct stock locations and perform material handling across work areas.
• Transport products and materials safely, maintain an orderly shipping area, remove waste, and follow safety procedures for tools, docking, forklifts, and hoists.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to lift parts or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Forklift certification; company-provided certification may be available.
• Class E license, or ability to obtain it after starting, may be required for deliveries within a 10-mile radius.
• Clean driving record; knowledge of FedEx, UPS, and LTL shipping procedures is preferred.
