Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Kewanee, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse work

Salary: $17.20–$31.90 per hour, with potential additional compensation depending on the position.

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments, including carrier selection, scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Monitor deliveries, resolve delays, optimize freight costs, and coordinate with production, procurement, customer service, suppliers, and carriers.
• Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, shipping, material handling, and warehouse organization.
• Maintain accurate records of received and dispatched materials, conduct cycle counts, and support physical ihirify.globalory processes.
• Operate forklifts and other motorized equipment safely, complete daily inspections, and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and understanding of shipping, receiving, ihirify.globalory control, and national and international shipping regulations.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems and solid Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification.
• Strong organizational, numerical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, lift up to 50 pounds, and safely operate all required forklift types and motorized equipment.
